Outfit of the Day

Something that I love about San Diego is the weather. It really does not get any more perfect than San Diego weather. Never too cold and never too hot. After living in Reno for the last three years, I have come to appreciate the perfect temperatures of San Diego. Here in Reno we are not so fortunate, don’t get me wrong, the weather can be amazing, but this last winter has been pretty brutally cold.

When I came home for Spring Break a few weeks ago I ate up the perfect San Diego weather. On this specific day, I walked around Cedros Avenue in Solona Beach, which is one of my favorite things to do when I am home. There are endless cute shops filled with trinkets, boutiques full of trendy clothes, and cafes with delicious coffee and eats.

Outfit Details

My jacket is originally from Brandy Melville, but I actually found it at a thrift store in Encinitas for $20. What a deal! My shirt is a basic, white, pocket tee that I bought from Brandy Melville as well. My black jeans are from the brand Hudson, which I bought from Nordstrom Rack.

The booties that I am wearing are from Target and I am absolutely obsessed with them. They look similar to Jeffrey Campbell’s Taggart Booties. They are perfect to transition into spring and summer because of the cutouts all over them allow your feet to stay cool. My tassel choker is from Forever 21, and was very affordable. My western style bracelet is vintage from a thrift store. Lastly, my glasses are the round metal frame Ray Ban’s, which are actually my brothers but I stole for the day… Oops!

Anyways, I hope you all enjoyed seeing the outfit I wore this day and gained a little inspiration.

Make it a great week,

xoxo Simply Modern Miss
