The other night I went to dinner with an old friend. I felt it was the perfect opportunity to dress up a bit, especially since the restaurant we were going to was a little nicer, with a modern rustic vibe. The place was incredible, with restored wood lining the walls, and metal light structures, there were old wooden shoes hanging from the roof like they were on an old telephone line. The decor was a bit mismatched, but somehow they all played well with each other and made for a beautifully rustic restaurant.
For this outing I decided to wear my black envelope skirt that I bought from Forever 21 for under 25 dollars. Paired with that is my grey short sleeve from Brandy Melville. I absolutely love their t-shirts because they are incredibly soft and just so comfortable whether you are going out or just laying on the couch. To complete the look, I added my Lauren Conrad peep-toe booties, that I got from Khol’s for literally 17 dollars after all the sales! Is that a joke?! Now time to accessorize! I wore a gold Marc Jacobs watch with my Alex and Ani gold bangle, and a few other gold ones I have bought from random boutiques. Around my neck I wore a white and gold bib necklace that I bought from Forever 21 a few years back. Forever 21 is a great place to stock up on costume jewelry, since they are cheap but still very on trend. The last thing before I walked out the door was to spritz myself in my signature perfume, Gucci Primiére.

Heres a look at my makeup for this look, I did a smokey eye, with a black wing to emphasize the definition around the outer corner. I love wings because I think they add a flirty touch to any look. I paired my dark eyes with a berry lip, to add a pop of color to the entire outfit.
